We (Our School Ltd trading as Vavanya) may collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• contact information (for example, email address)
• company/organisation name
• billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to provide access to, and support for, our online services.

Providing some information is optional but, if you choose not to enter contact information, we may be unable to provide access to and support for our online services.

We keep your information safe by storing it securely and not passing it on to any third party.

We are not responsible for any personal information you choose to share publicly on any of our services; this includes but is not limited to the Vavanya Application and Vavanya Support Forum.

When you delete your account, we will immediately and irrevocably anonymise all your personal identifiable information that we have requested for use of our services.  We will retain all other data associated with your account.  If you have added personally identifiable information to that data, it will also be retained.
